Sausage Steamed in Wine



Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs. Kuhn’s Homemade Sweet Italian Sausage
  • 8 oz. Favorite Cooking Wine
  • 4 oz. Water

Preparation

Cut sausage into serving size pieces, about four inches each. Place wine and water into skillet, bring to a boil. Carefully place sausage into skillet, lower heat and cover. Allow to cook for about 15 minutes, turning sausage over once.

Serve with Kuhn’s own garlic bread from the bakery, home fries and your favorite veggie side dish. Sliced, fresh cantaloupe from the produce department completes a meal you will truly enjoy.
