Healthy Baked Chicken Breast



Ingredients:
  • 2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 Cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 Tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 Tsp. garlic salt
  • Fresh ground pepper

Preparation

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts. Spray a small, shallow baking dish with cooking spray. Sprinkle the chicken with onion powder, garlic salt and pepper. Place them in the baking dish. Add chicken broth to the dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink.

Serve with mashed potatoes and fresh ears of corn from the produce department.

Fresh Blueberries for dessert completes a great, healthy meal.
