
Easy Dinners in Under 30 Minutes
As another school year begins and work starts to pick up as the fourth quarter approaches, creative dinner ideas can sometimes fall through the cracks. A favorite Crock Pot recipe of ours is white chicken chili. Simply add your chicken to the base of your Crock Pot and top with some of your favorite spices. The next step is to add your chili ingredients, such as beans, corn, onion and garlic. This recipe is great because you can customize the ingredients to your liking, so feel free to omit or add to taste. Top with chicken broth, cover and cook for 8 hours on low. Once the time is up, remove the chicken to shred and add back to the Crock Pot with cream cheese and half and half for another 15 minutes and enjoy! Although this recipe takes longer to cook, the total prep time for the dish is about 30 minutes as it cooks while you are going about your day.

Quickly grab a box of your desired pasta from Kuhn’s, a jar of your favorite sauce and some spinach. Adding meat to your sauce will contribute additional protein to your meal, essential for bone and immune health. After your meat is cooked thoroughly, add in as much spinach as you would like and cover until steamed.
